Join Maestro Digital Mine at CIM23 Montreal and Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Vigilante AQS™ Air Quality Station!

We are excited to invite you to join us at the CIM Convention and Expo in Montreal from April 30th to May 3rd, 2023. As a trusted partner of Maestro Digital Mine, we would like to share with you the latest advancements in our innovative mining technology, specifically the Vigilante AQS™ Air Quality Station.

This year, we will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Vigilante AQS™, a multivariable air quality station designed to monitor and control air quality in underground mines. The Vigilante AQS™ accurately measures airflow rate, direction, wet and dry bulb temperature, and gas concentration, enabling miners to return to the face sooner and safer.

At our booth, located at 1415-35 inside the Northern Ontario Mining Showcase pavilion, we will showcase the Vigilante AQS™'s capabilities in connecting directly to any network without the need for PLCs. The new and improved Version 2 features a friendlier ultimate user interface and up to fourteen fully customer-configurable plug & play digital sensors and module inputs that can be freely mixed and matched according to underground requirements.

We are proud to demonstrate the Plexus PowerNet™ – "Last Mile" gigabit communication network that can be deployed by any tradesperson while providing both power and data over a single standard coaxial cable. The Vigilante will have connectivity thanks to this network, and information pulled from the Vigilante will be highly visible thanks to the SuperBrite Marquee Display™ – the world's only "fail-safe" LED display used to publish underground real-time environmental or production information on every level or in the ramp.

Exemplifying the extent of control of the ventilation underground while using Maestro equipment, we will have a MaestroFlex™ Automated Regulator designed to meet the harsh underground mining drill and blast cycles for decades of service. A ModuDrive™ digital IIoT actuator attached to it will provide real-time control. Diagnostics of the Maestro ecosystem, as well as troubleshooting from the surface will be palpable through MaestroLink™ Server, our networked-based, software platform that features a web-based interface to monitor and record the health of air quality monitoring stations and the Plexus PowerNet™ "last mile" underground communication networks. Maestro's digital IIoT digital devices provide multi-variable data, but also a complete suite of diagnostic data bits.

Join us at CIM23 Montreal and be among the first to witness our latest technologies, designed to enhance your underground mining operations. We promise you an immersive experience that will exceed your expectations, and we can't wait to showcase the Vigilante AQS™'s V2 capabilities in person.

Maestro supports several different communication protocols and connection methods to access any type of HMI, SCADA, PLC, DCS or control system.

All of the communication options are open and non-proprietary standard protocols, also called public or open protocols, so that other software or hardware solutions will understand the rules and will be able to establish communication.

CommunicationOptions

On the other hand, if a device uses proprietary protocols, also called closed or private protocols, it will be difficult, or impossible, for another software or hardware solution to communicate. Standard protocols help ensure communications between applications by using a standard response layer and common transport. Internationally accepted standard protocols are protocols that have been accepted and approved by international approval bodies.
